We are a national organisation committed to advancing best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Every year, we run programs nationwide that focus on inclusive leadership. Through targeted social impact initiatives, including annual support for a nominated charity, we drive meaningful societal change and lasting positive impact.
The Board is the governing body of The MPN, providing oversight within the framework of relevant legislation (including the Corporations Act) and our Board Charter. Responsibilities include setting and reviewing our strategic direction, monitoring organisational performance, and determining key policy positions on behalf of the directors. We maintain a Board Skills Matrix outlining the mix of skills and experience of each director, which is reviewed annually to ensure effective governance.
All members are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct, which upholds the values and standards of The MPN.
Our organisation respects and values the competitive advantage of diversity and its integration throughout the organisation. This enriches our perspective, improves performance, increases member value, and enhances the likelihood of achieving our goals and objectives.
This team explores governance and directorship relevant to technology and innovation. Its objective is to advise The MPN on innovation and technology matters aligned with our mission by leveraging members’ insights and perspectives. Team members bring relevant experience from both Australia and internationally.
