Welcome to our Social Impact section, where our commitment to creating positive change is at the forefront of everything we do. Each year, The MPN nominates a focused charity to support through our social impact initiatives, ensuring our efforts remain aligned with our vision to create a more equitable and sustainable future for all. Our approach is guided by the Catalyst Framework™ our signature model for designing, delivering, and measuring impact. This framework ensures that our work is community led, strategically resourced, and transparently evaluated. It allows us to move beyond one-off support by building long-term, systems-based solutions that empower communities from within. With a strong emphasis on evidence and data-driven decision-making, our donations are strategically directed towards charities that align with our UN Sustainable Development Goals. These organisations are not only tackling urgent societal challenges, but have also been recognised by independent charity evaluators for their exceptional effectiveness. Currently, our recipient charities include:

Proceeds from our 2023 Gala Dinner benefitted The Smith Family's mission to support disadvantaged children through their innovative learning support and mentoring programs. These programs play a vital role in empowering children to overcome educational barriers and build brighter futures. The success of the Gala Dinner was a testament to the power of collective action and the spirit of giving back. Through events like these, we can continue supporting initiatives that create lasting change and opportunities for a brighter future. We are grateful to everyone who made this event a success

Proceeds from our 2026 Gala Dinner at Salesforce Tower supported SecondBite’s mission to improve food security across Australia. Thanks to the generosity of our community, SecondBite was able to provide up to 3,900 meals to individuals and families. This contribution reflects the growing impact of our Annual Gala Dinner as a key driver of MPN’s Social Impact Program. By supporting SecondBite’s food rescue efforts, we are helping reduce waste, support communities, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
"Your donation has allowed us to provide up to 3,900 meals to individuals and families in need in the past week alone. We could not do what we do without supporters like you." Daniel Moorfield, CEO, SecondBite
