Zero Barriers is an initiative focused on removing barriers to opportunity, participation and progression for underrepresented talent. It brings together practical programmes, resources, education and advocacy designed to help people develop their skills, access opportunities and contribute fully to the economy and society. The initiative launched with Break into Tech, in partnership with SkillCrush, a technology education programme designed to provide targeted skills development and create pathways into the technology sector. Zero Barriers continues to expand through focus areas addressing key barriers across enterprise, self-employment, leadership and policy advocacy
