ImpactSphere is a new initiative by The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN). It’s a platform for social entrepreneurs, civic leaders, and impact investors dedicated to advancing public good through innovation, diversity, and collaboration. Our model reinvents how private initiative can fuel measurable, inclusive progress across sectors like health, education, climate, and equity. Our model reinvents how private initiative can fuel measurable, inclusive progress across sectors like health, education, climate, and equity.
Our high-impact innovation areas include Public Sector Innovation Labs, where we work with government agencies to co-create inclusive and effective public services. We support underrepresented founders through sector-specific incubators focused on health, education and climate. We also run Policy and Advocacy Think Tanks that produce community-informed research and influence decision-making. Our Leadership Academy trains professionals for civic leadership and governance roles. Finally, we prioritise transparency and accountability by measuring and publicly reporting the outcomes of all our initiatives.
Our impact is measured not just by the projects we support, but by the real and lasting change they create. We track every pound invested to ensure it delivers meaningful social returns across education, health, innovation and social equity. By making our results publicly available, we hold ourselves accountable and inspire a culture of bold, transparent giving. Through collaboration with diverse communities and partners, ImpactSphere drives inclusive progress that benefits society as a whole.
Innovation teams co-create solutions with government agencies in areas such as urban planning, digital services and public health. By embedding diverse lived experience into policy design, these labs ensure more inclusive outcomes. They guide ethical use of AI in public and corporate settings to advance fairness. Professionals invest skills, capital or mentorship.
Sector-specific incubators, e.g. in health, climate and education, empower founders to build impactful ventures. These programmes create pathways for underrepresented entrepreneurs to lead systemic change, not just participate. By providing tailored support and resources, they help develop scalable solutions to pressing societal challenges.
The academy prepares professionals for civic leadership and board roles across sectors including education, public service, health, and community organisations. It promotes inclusive governance by equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and insight to represent communities effectively and build public confidence in leadership.
Our research and advocacy teams develop policy recommendations grounded in diverse, community-informed perspectives. Moving beyond representation to influence, these think tanks ensure policies are shaped by those most affected. The goal is to produce practical, inclusive solutions that reflect lived experience and drive systemic change.
We generate our own funds and direct them into high-impact sectors. Our focus is on driving measurable change where it matters most. We are accountability driven; every dollar’s effect is carefully measured to ensure maximum impact. We publicly map outcomes to inspire a culture of bold, transparent giving. Our ethos is grounded in reciprocity, civic responsibility and empowered collaboration. We warmly welcome collaborators, mentors, funders and future civic leaders to join us in making a difference.
