ImpactSphere is The Multicultural Professional Network’s (MPN’s) platform for measuring public good. It reflects how we advance inclusive leadership and drive equitable change through diversity and collaboration.
Our current initiatives, from policy and advocacy to public education for leadership and governance roles, are all connected through ImpactSphere. We prioritise transparency and accountability by measuring and publicly reporting the outcomes of every initiative via the ImpactSphere platform.
Our impact is measured not only by the projects we support but by the real and lasting change they create. For example, proceeds from our 2023 Gala Dinner supported The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program, which provides vital educational and mentoring assistance to over 1,000 disadvantaged children. This support empowers them to overcome barriers caused by poverty and build brighter futures, demonstrating the tangible results of collective action.
Specific programmes and education are provided to help social enterprise founders build their skills and grow their ventures. These initiatives support underrepresented entrepreneurs to become leaders who create lasting change by providing tailored resources and guidance to develop scalable solutions that lead social enterprises to deliver social impact
This programme prepares professionals for governance roles across sectors by building their leadership skills and confidence. It supports individuals to become effective board members by providing tailored training, mentoring, resources. Through this inclusive approach, participants are equipped to contribute meaningfully in organisations
Our research and advocacy teams develop policy recommendations grounded in diverse, community-informed perspectives. We make submissions to government to ensure policies are shaped by those affected. Our goal is to produce inclusive solutions that reflect lived experience and drive systemic change. For example, our submission on the ethical use of AI
We raise funds as an organisation to directly support programmes that deliver measurable social impact. Every initiative we launch is tied to a clear goal, whether it's improving access to education, supporting inclusive leadership, or advancing ethical policy. We carefully allocate resources to where they are most needed and regularly evaluate outcomes to ensure our efforts are making a real difference. By tracking and publicly reporting results, we show exactly how each dollar is used and the positive change it creates.
