The MPN Impact Awards 2025 again celebrated the exceptional achievements of our vibrant and diverse community, highlighting a wide array of professionals, entrepreneurs and organisations across Australia. The awards were proudly presented by The Honourable Fiona Simpson MP, Minister for Women and Women’s Economic Security, Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, and Minister for Multiculturalism, alongside Charis Mullen MP and Bisma Asif MP. We extend our thanks to everyone who submitted entries this year. We were truly humbled and inspired by the remarkable stories shared. The award categories for 2025 were CEO’s Award, recognising an individual, organisation or current member who has demonstrated strong and consistent commitment to The MPN’s activities, and the Social Impact Award, acknowledging emerging leaders or organisations dedicated to advancing social and environmental sustainability through their expertise and innovative actions. The winners are highlighted below.
Recognised for addressing child poverty, family violence, and homelessness by actively tackling systemic social disadvantage at its root, with the ability to mobilise over 646 volunteers and support 47,570 children through a structured, high-impact volunteer model that truly exemplifies social innovation
Recognised for playing a vital role in Queensland as the state’s only full-time multilingual broadcaster, committed to advancing multicultural media and authentic community storytelling. Each week, they reach over 50 language groups through FM and digital platforms, sharing stories of our communities
